If You do not agree to these Terms, You may not use the Services on the Platform, and We request You to uninstall the App. By merely using/accessing the Platform, You shall be contracting with Place of Rassasy under its brand CraveKart, and You signify Your acceptance of these Terms and other CraveKart policies (including but not limited to the cancellation & refund policy and privacy policy) as published on the Platform and amended from time to time. These Terms take effect on the date You use the Platform, thereby creating a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same. By furnishing Your personal information, You consent to CraveKart accessing Your information for the purpose of rendering the Services (as defined below). You also agree that You are interested in availing of the Services through the Platform in accordance with these Terms. We partner directly with kitchens to provide fresh and healthy food options. There are no commissions, hidden charges, or brokerage fees in the process. Companies can customize meal plans as per their employees' needs and budget. This ensures cost savings and transparent pricing for both companies and kitchens. User Account and Security To access the Services on the Platform, You must register and create an Account by providing the required details as stated in the Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information You provide to Us during registration. You must ensure that Your Account information and all other information provided by You are up-to-date and accurate. If any information provided by You is found to be incomplete, incorrect, unauthorized, or untrue, or if there is any change in Your Account information, You must promptly update it on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your Account information. You will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account. If You become aware of any unauthorized access or use of Your Account, You must immediately notify Us. Additional Terms of Use These Terms of Use govern the use of the CraveKart website, our CraveKart application for cafeteria tablets, other personal handheld devices, and other CraveKart food management services (collectively referred to as "Services"). By using the Services, downloading the application, or ordering food through the Website/Application, You agree to the Terms of Use. The Services are provided under the brand CraveKart, owned and operated by Place of Rassasy. We provide a technology solution that enables companies to modernize the food experience of employees by offering top-class technology solutions in the form of our Website, mobile applications, and cafeteria tab application. We integrate vendors and kitchens in the cafeteria through a vendor application used for managing employee orders. We do not act as a middleman or broker in any transaction. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for staying updated with the revised Terms of Use. You are responsible for keeping Your login credentials private and not sharing them with anyone else. We are not responsible for any loss due to unauthorized access to Your account. We retain the right to terminate Your account based on input received from Your employer without prior notice. There is NO recharge process, prepaid wallet, or any form of digital balance (including Sodexo) in CraveKart. Payments are directly handled by the employer or through the kitchens. Employees do not need to recharge wallets or add money to accounts. Companies can directly pay for meals or offer meal subsidies as per their policies. All orders placed on CraveKart are treated as confirmed and cannot be canceled or transferred to another vendor. Refunds are only applicable if the kitchen cancels Your order due to unavailability of the food item or any other valid reason specified by the kitchen. We are not responsible for the services or goods provided by kitchens and are not liable for any issues arising from the consumption of food. Only individuals 18 years or older may use the Services. If You are under 18, You may use the Services with parental or guardian consent, but We hold no responsibility for the same. You agree to receive SMSs and emails from CraveKart regarding order updates and notifications. You will not use the Services for any commercial, unlawful, or harmful activities. Any misuse of the Services will be solely attributed to the individual, without any liability on CraveKart. You agree to handle hardware provided by Us (such as cafeteria tablets and vendor tablets) with care. We reserve the right to recover damages if misuse is reported by Your employer or CraveKart support. We own the intellectual property for all Services provided by Us, and they are protected under copyright laws. We own the Vendor application, cafeteria application, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and the Website (desktop and mobile). Any attempt to destroy, imitate, or harm these applications will be considered a breach of the Terms of Use.
