Refunds & Cancellations Policies At CraveKart, we strive to provide the best possible experience to our customers. In the rare event that you encounter an issue, we have put in place a comprehensive Cancellations and Refunds policy to address your concerns. In terms of cancellations, you may cancel an order free of charge at any time before we accept the order. However, once we have accepted your order, you cannot cancel it. We may also cancel an order (in full or partially) due to reasons such as a shortage or unavailability of certain food or related services. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged, and we will refund you for any payment already made. When it comes to refunds, we process them within seven (7) business days from the date of verifying and confirming the refund request. However, please note that we will only process refunds once we have verified that the conditions for a refund are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited only to the source account used for the transaction. CraveKart does not provide refunds to any wallet, including Sodexo or any prepaid balance. After initiating a refund, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, subject to your financial institution or payment gateway service provider's terms and conditions. Please note that the terms for acceptance of returns, cancellations, and refunds may be subject to additional reasonable conditions.
